Every fit celebrity will tell you that the key to staying fit is in your diet. But, they always make an extra effort to eat a well-balanced morning breakfast as the food that you eat in the morning is going to impact your daily performance more than any other meal.

Luckily for those of you who are foodies, there are many healthy breakfast options you can try, filled with nutrients, simple to make, and absolutely delicious.

Breakfast with GwynethPaltrow has written her own cookbook called, It’s All Good, which focuses on low-carb, gluten-free, dairy-free meals.

Moreover, celebrity doctor and physician-Dr. Frank Lipman has provided her with breakfast options to fit into her new eating plan; he recommends eating veggie omelet’s, smoked wild salmon with sardines, and avocado on gluten-free bread.

The TV host and blogger, who wrote on her Modern Mom website beliefs is that you should never skip a morning meal, no matter how rushed you are. According to Shape Magazine, she has even shared tasty recipes making your own smoothies. Brooke swears by these morning smoothies, telling us that they keep her full all day. Her recipes mostly use coconut water, berries, and protein powder.

The popular actor and fitness leader told Bon Appetit that he eats two breakfasts a day. The first meal includes waffles with almond butter, flax, and a scrambled egg. Additionally, after his workout, he eats another egg or protein shake. “I mostly work out, so I can eat religiously.” We’re not saying that you must follow his lead and eat two breakfasts a day, but it is important to replenish your body if you have had a rigorous workout.

4. Brooklyn Deckerbreakfast with Brooklyn

The Sports Illustrated model tells various media sources that she usually eats Greek yogurt and lots of berries for breakfast. Brooklyn says she also has an egg-white omelet as a healthy alternative. Does Greek yogurt fill you up? If not, then try mixing in oatmeal or other healthy toppings.

5. Ivanka Trump

It seems this is a popular choice. First daughter Ivanka Trump told MyMorningRoutine.com about her breakfast habits. Ivanka always drinks a glass of water with a lemon and coffee. Then eat either Greek yogurt and berries or oatmeal sprinkled with toppings like chia seeds, berries, flaxseed, goji berries, cinnamon, walnuts, and almonds.  She leads by example and ensures her children also follow a healthy routine.
