How often do you look up from your phone or away from your laptop screen? We can bet that it’s not often enough. Luckily for us who seem glued to our screens, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have urged the visitors of their Archewell Productions’ official website to monitor their online habits and ‘take a break’ from their screen time.

Prince Harry and Meghan Want You To Take Screen Time Break

The site, which follows the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s humanitarian and ‘compassion in action’ journey, now provides an automated message which pops up 20 minutes after a visitor enters, warning them about browsing for too long.

“We love you here, but we’re mindful of screentime. Why not take a break? We’ll be here.”

Screen breaks won’t only give your eyes a chance to relax, but they can also help to improve your attention, reduce stress as well as boost productivity.
