Halle Berry is known for her beautifully sculpted, ‘Catwoman’ body. This month, last year, she hit the 50 mark, and we don’t think she’ll look a day over 30! She is a role model for all women and someone we can look up to. Whatever she is having, we want some of it too.

Of course, it takes a lot of hard work and dedication to maintain a physique like Halle’s. But just because you’re getting older doesn’t mean that it’s impossible to do it gracefully whilst also looking and feeling your best.

Halle Berry Is Strong And Healthy Halle Berry [longevity live]

Somehow the actress just doesn’t seem to age very much at all. In my opinion, she still looks as good as she did when she starred as a Bond girl. This came to my attention the other day and I just had to do some digging to find out exactly how she does it.

Halle Berry says that she prefers to live a lifestyle that always makes her feel healthy and strong. She never does anything that would result in depriving her body. In fact, it was when she was diagnosed with diabetes that both her life and health changed entirely.

She says that it is her diet geared towards managing her diabetes that makes the difference. She tries to eat four small meals a day because this stabilizes her blood sugar levels, whilst fueling and giving her body energy, vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. Moreover, she always keeps us updated on Instagram about her health and beauty regimes.

She recently announced that she follows a Keto diet and sometimes supplements her program with Intermittent Fasting just to maximize her results.

Healthy Living Essentials

Whilst Halle Berry spoke to Extra, she had another simple secret to looking so young. And that is bone broth. She says it’s so full of collagen, which guarantees radiant and glowing skin. If you’re not familiar with Collagen, it is a protein found in skin and connective tissues. And as you age, the body produces less collagen, which can force many people to attempt supplements that may or may not be beneficial to their hair, skin, nails, joints, and bones.

The actress promotes bone broth as the fountain of youth and prepares the broth herself. Halle says she prepared it straight from the source and admits that she went to the butcher to get the bones that they would otherwise throw away. She says that the butchers will give you the bones for free. She then boils them up at home for about 24-hours and drinks the broth. (It sounds a little freaky, especially if you’re squeamish! But it does work.)

So if you’re looking to try out a new method for longevity, then give your own bone broth a try.

A Clean Eating PlanHalle Berry [longevity live]

Halle Berry follows a ketogenic diet, but more importantly, a diabetes-friendly meal plan. The meal plan focuses on foods that are low in saturated fat, refined sugar, and processed carbohydrates. Once again, we see a focus on whole foods and less on processed or boxed foods. She says her favorite meals are simple-yet-tasty healthy staples, like grilled tuna and garlic mashed potatoes.

The actress says she started eating loads of wonderful fresh vegetables, chicken, fresh fish, and pasta. She has cut out red meat and cut back on fruit because it can contain quite a lot of sugar. Her biggest rule, however, is to avoid refined sugar and to also keep her kids away from it.

Short But Intense Exercise

In every single movie role Halle Berry plays and in every photograph she’s in, you can’t help but ask: How on Earth does she manage to keep a body like that?

She explains that she never really works out with a lot of weights unless she has to for a big role. For most of the time, she just sticks to cardio. Halle Berry does exercises that involve her own bodyweight because she doesn’t want to get too much muscle definition. Plus, she is diabetic, and exercising is one of the best ways to manage diabetes and keep you looking and feeling young.

The star’s trainer, Nat Bardonnet, explains that his training regimen is designed to sculpt women into sexy femme fatale so that they are curvy and toned at the same time.

However, the body part of Halle Berry’s figure that sticks out most is her strong, sculpted abs. According to her trainer, she focuses on training her core three times a week during her 30-minute training sessions. The trainer explains that the actress can handle any “curveball” workout thrown at her, and she’ll do so with a smile on her face.

If you want to look as good as Halle does at 51, then you need to push yourself as she does. Not many people are able to do this because it requires discipline and commitment. The best way forward is to keep great energy and a smile on your face.

Let Halle Berry be your inspiration.
