2. Restorative yoga

A healthy posture can reduce back pain and boost your energy levels, and it’s something that Salma Hayek prioritizes,

“I work with a woman in London who taught me how to hold my body in a way where the muscles are activated all day long,” she explained to People. “So even when you brush your teeth, you’re working the muscles.”

With restorative yoga, Hayek learned how to tone her muscles without clenching them,  “You relax them and focus on the parts that need to be used, but never with tension. If you’re aware of your body, you’d be surprised by the effect it can have.” she added.

Restorative yoga won’t only help to improve your posture, but it can also ease chronic pain, improve your sleep, and it’s gentle on the body.

6. A massage for the body and soul

I cannot tell you, even just for the lymphatic [system], what the massage does for the face.” – Salma Hayek, Inquisitr.
