Cape Town. Since unveiling its 2026 programme at launch events in Johannesburg and Cape Town, Mind Matters Summit™ has continued to build on the experience leading up to its flagship event at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) on 29 October 2026.
Mental Mastery Week
In the two weeks before the Summit, Mind Matters and its partners are bringing a series of mental performance training sessions to Cape Town. Every activity has been chosen for its measurable neurological and physiological impact, not for its aesthetic appeal.
This is not a wellness retreat. It is a mental training programme with two specific outcomes:
- Arrive at the Mind Matters Summit on 29 October with your nervous system primed for transformation
- To get people to understand that they are not broken; they just need the skills and tools to deal with what is coming at them every day.
The timing is deliberate: Mental Mastery Week also falls during Mental Wellbeing Month, and organisers say the goal is to build wider public awareness of practices that build genuine mental fitness. Both ticketed and free sessions will be available.
What to expect:
- Daily meditation sessions with a community of like-minded people and expert teachers
- Promenade walks and runs
- Yoga
- Gut-Biome Mastery
- Mental Fitness Workshops
- Breathwork sessions
- Cold and Hot Contrast Therapy
Full details and the Mental Mastery Week schedule will be available from 1 September here.
