Adriane Berg, is one of the many specialist speakers at the event. Berg is the Executive Director of The Kitalys Institute, a non-profit organization devoted to healthy and equitable longevity. The Kitalys Institute along with Kinexum, is the organizer of the Targeting Metabesity 2020 Conference.

Ms. Berg is a unique voice in the world of aging, bringing the public together with professionals in all fields related to aging and longevity and connecting professionals to breakdown silos of expertise. Her work in media has earned her an Emmy for hosting IRS Tax Beat, the Mature Media Award for her podcast, Generation Bold: The Fountain of Truth, many guest appearances, including several on OPRAH, Good Morning America, Regis, the distinction of Woman of Influence in the State of New Jersey, several National Librarian’s Awards, and an appointment to the US Committee on Financial Education.

She is a New York Times Age Boom Fellow, a prolific writer, author of 14 books, including Breaking the Mold in Senior Resident Design, How Not to Go Broke at 102: Finding Everlasting Wealth, and The Totally Awesome Money Book for Kids and their Family, the blog Aging for Beginners published by Bottom Line Personal, and articles in Balance Magazine, Journal America, the Huffington Post, Life Planning Network and more.

A key thought leader and organizer for Metabesity 2021

Ms. Berg is an International Speaker on aging with two core topics, 1) Positive Deviance for organizational, personal, and community improvement, and 2) Contributory Aging and Longevity.

She is a consultant to many companies that affect the boomer, mature, and caregivers, such as See You Link (connectivity through remote computing), Cognifit (cognitive fitness online), and Signature Foods (home-delivered senior meals). Adriane is a member of Gen2Gen, We’reWithIt, The Life Planning Network, the United Nations NGO on Aging, The AARP International Committee, and the United States Trustee of the Gilbert and Sullivan Society.

Adriane Berg graduated from NYU Law School, was an Editor of the Law Review, and practiced elder law. She is a Co-Founder of NAELA, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Her mission is to change our mature life-stage from one of decline and dependency to one of contribution, excitement, and accomplishment.
