  5. Preferably transfer all active physical activities to the first part of the day.
  6. Use your bed by the instruction. Try not to work, read, or work out on it. So once you are going to bed – it’s a clear sign for your body to go to sleep right away. 
  7. Better reduce consumption of caffeine including coffee, tea, various sparkling drinks, and also chocolate at least 4-5 hours before going to sleep. 
  8. It would benefit not to eat any sweet or spicy food 4 hours before bedtime. 
  9. If you have trouble falling asleep – do not check on time. While you are counting how much time you have left to sleep, it can cause more stress and makes it even harder to fall asleep.
