She is one of the most famous celebrities of all time. Fifty-two year old Jennifer Aniston’s  lifestyle and beauty routine are some of the most sought-after on the internet, and we’re here to dive deep into the Friends actress’s tips and tricks.

Aniston shot to fame in the early 90s due to her iconic portrayal of the well-loved character of Rachel on the sitcom Friends. Aniston was only 25 when the first season aired, and her girl-next-door beauty quickly won over the hearts of millions worldwide. Now nearly 30 years later, Aniston is still as fresh-faced as ever, and this is how:

Haircare:

With a whole haircut named after her, it comes as no surprise that Aniston’s hair is one of her beauty priorities. Although Aniston has traded in the iconic “Rachel” for a more tousled, beachy ‘do. Her hair remains healthy, shiny, and the envy of many.

One of Aniston’s tricks to her luscious locks is skipping the daily wash.

“If I’m not working, I try to give my hair a break for as many days as possible,” she told Glamour Magazine.

During washes, Aniston uses lukewarm water and goes for a trim every 6 weeks, no exceptions. Aniston’s main hair-care rule comes from her long-term hairstylist and creator of the “Rachel”, Chris McMillan: “The less you mess with your hair, the better.”

In September 2021, Aniston launched her own haircare range, LolaVie, starting with a Glossing Detangler. LolaVie is sustainable, vegan, and cruelty-free.

Jennifer Aniston’s Workout

Other than her world-famous hair, Aniston is known for her lean and toned figure. The actress caused an internet frenzy when she appeared in the film, We’re The Millers with toned abs on show in a skimpy underwear set at the age of 44. Aniston achieves an incredible physique with a workout routine that is varied, practical, and flexible. Although a session of up to an hour and a half, 7-days-a-week, isn’t out of the ordinary for Aniston.

Boxing, cycling, and yoga are some of her long-term favorites, with some stair-climbing and resistance-band workouts thrown in to mix it up a bit. A typical yoga-based workout session for Jennifer Aniston consists of half an hour of spinning and 40 minutes of yoga. Focusing on poses to tone and strengthen, according to her instructor, Mandy Ingber.

All about a balanced lifestyle, Aniston is also a fan of incidental exercise when she wants to give her body a bit of a break: “I kind of stay with the more simple stuff. Such as taking walks and not being neurotic about working out and eating right. I started to enjoy life a little bit more.”

Diet

Aniston is one of the few celebrities that doesn’t buy into short-term diet fads. Instead of opting for a balanced, nutrient-dense combination of foods that support her lifestyle and schedule. A healthy mix of greens, proteins, and fats, Aniston typically opts for oatmeal or a smoothie for breakfast. A variation of veggies and protein for lunch and dinner, steamed, grilled, or tossed in a fresh salad. Her snack habits are as healthy as her meals, typically consisting of fruits, nuts, fresh veggies, or hard-boiled eggs. Lately, the star’s go-to indulgence has been homemade Carbonara.

Jennifer Aniston’s diet is supplemented by her eating schedule, being one of the many celebrities that practice Intermittent Fasting (IF). The actress follows the 16:8 bracket, meaning that she fasts for 16 hours, and then consumes all of her meals during the remaining 8-hour window. It does not restrict one’s food intake, it simply spaces it out. You still consume the same amount of food and nutritional value of normal day’s food intake, just in a specified time bracket. It has many benefits, but it is recommended to read up on the practice properly.

Jennifer Aniston’s skincare routine

Aniston’s youthful appearance has, of course, stirred up rumors regarding plastic surgery and procedures, but Aniston is all-natural. She had two rhinoplasties solely for functional purposes, as the star suffered from a deviated septum. Botox and filler are foreign concepts for Aniston, who opts for a simple skincare routine of soap and water, in combination with various at-home treatment devices. This includes facial sculpting wands, toning devices, and cryo-sticks are all staples in Aniston’s routine to keep her skin plump and depuffed.

Nourish From Within:

The Hollywood star believes that the magic of skincare comes from what she puts into her body, as opposed to on it.

“I’ve always been an advocate for nourishing your wellness from within.”

A healthy diet, vitamins, and collagen supplements are Aniston’s gospel. Along with meditation to relieve stress and stay mindful despite her fast-paced life. Aniston lives a lifestyle that is healthy and active, but still simple and balanced, and if it works for her, then it works for us!
