The Premier Biomarkers of Aging for Longevity Interventions Conference returns October 20-21, 2025. The event will be hosted at The Joseph B. Martin Conference Center, Harvard Medical School, Boston, Massachusetts.

Advancing the Science of Aging Measurement

The lack of standardized, clinically validated methods to measure aging remains a key barrier to translating longevity interventions into therapeutics.

The Biomarkers of Aging Consortium is addressing this challenge by advancing standardization and harmonization of aging biomarkers, equipping researchers with the tools needed to drive therapeutic development through collaboration and open science.

Building on Last Year’s Success

The 2024 conference drew nearly 500 attendees from over 30 countries and 28 US states for two days of cutting-edge programming.

The event featured 48 talks by leading scientists and industry experts, over 50 flash talks, and 100 posters showcasing research from prestigious universities and life sciences companies.

The Longevity Study Update

A major milestone: The Longevity Study—a longitudinal, multi-modal deep-profiling human health study—has launched and enrolled 100 participants, collecting 300+ samples.

This research will help to provide a better understanding how aging affects us at molecular and functional levels, and which molecular changes drive functional decline.

Join the Biomarkers of Aging Debate

Anti-aging therapies are nearing the clinic, but without standardized, validated tools to measure aging, progress stalls.

This year’s conference brings together global leaders in geroscience to define and advance reliable biomarkers of aging—essential for evaluating the safety and impact of longevity interventions.
