Squats

Squats may be a popular leg exercise, but it also extends to the butt area which is an effective routine to define butt muscles. Squats require leg power and it also strengthens the muscles above the legs which can tone up butt cheeks. This can lead to a rounder and sexier butt. Add squats to your regular exercise routine by doing 10 squats for three sets at first run.

Hip Thrust on Chair

The hip thrusting exercise is known to strengthen the back muscles and prevent back pain and injuries. This is also a useful exercise to enhance the muscles below the back, through the waist and hips which will then accentuate the butt area. Hip thrusts are done by resting your upper back on a chair while putting your weight on your legs and lower back. This will allow your back muscles to stretch and realign while strengthening the muscles.

Kneeling Squat with Weights

This type of exercise is squats with a twist. Basically, this is doing squats but adding weights to your back area, namely a barbell or dumbbells, to allow your body to exert power from the core and give your more strength. Through this exercise, your upper legs can benefit which will make the butt cheeks look fuller and sexier. To do this exercise, simply follow the squat routine. Instead of lowering your leg angle, you will need to kneel down with the weights behind you. Work this routine for about three sets or when you are fully comfortable with the added weight.

Bridge Exercise

The bridge exercise is done by resting your head and upper back on the floor or mat, then raising your back through an angle where your knees are bent and both feet are flat on the floor. Slowly bring your hips and back down on the floor, then raise it back up again. Repeat this routine for two to three sets. This will strengthen your lower back and prevent injuries while also giving you a sexier butt.

Knee Raises

The knee raises exercise mainly targets the core muscles and your core strength. In addition to that, this type of exercise increases the strength and enhances the muscles of your upper legs and lower back which will then accentuate the waist and the hips.

Booty Crossover

As the name itself would give you a hint, this exercise works best for your booty. This is done by being on all fours, hands flat on the floor. Lift one leg to the back, cross it over the other leg and repeat that routine for about ten times, then do the same on the other leg.

Curtsy Lunges

Curtsy lunges are a little like the booty crossover, only this is done while standing up. Now the idea here is to kneel one leg, while crossing over the other leg to the front. Lunges are the perfect exercises for enhancing butt muscles.
